What this means for you
Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, only a registered agent may advertise, market or sell units in a RERA-registered project. Registration also obliges an agent to maintain proper books of account, to avoid facilitating the sale of unregistered projects, and to give buyers accurate information.
Verify before you pay anything
You can and should check us — and any project you are considering — on the official UP RERA portal. The public register shows the agent's office address, contact details and the validity period of the registration.
Project registration
Any residential project on land exceeding 500 square metres, or with more than eight units, must be registered with UP RERA before it can be advertised, booked or sold. Where we list a project, its registration number appears on that project's page. If a number is missing, ask us before proceeding.
